How adstrall.sh script works internally in Oracle E-Business Suite12.2

1. It sets the environment by calling the APPS_contextname.env file

2. it creates log directory and adstral.log file under $INST_TOP/apps/context/logs/appl/admin

3. It calls txkpatchfilesystemexception.pl script from the location $INST_TOP/apps/context/logs/appl/admin/install directory which skips starting services on Patch FS.

4. It sets AD_TOP and FND_TOP, CLASSPATH, OA_JRE_TOP, and JAVA_TOP if not set

5. It calls SERVICE CONTROL API which starts all services

Note: If you want to start all services on the Patch file system you need to pass 'forcepatchfs' parameter with adstrtall.sh script
